Same Day Shipping Policy:
DUE TO CURRENT EVENTS SAME DAY SHIPPING IS NOT GUARANTEED. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.
In order to have your items shipped out on the same day you order it, you must order before 5PM on Monday through Fridays and before 9:30AM on Saturdays. Same day shipping does not apply to all items, some may take 1-3 business days to arrive from different warehouses. (*Please also note, this does not mean that your order will be delivered your destination on the same day. All orders take regular shipping days as per instructions of USPS and UPS.)
General Shipping Information:
Some of our packages are sent by UPS. If you chose UPS or UPS was chosen for you, please check your tracking number for the latest updates about your order. Please note, UPS does not deliver on weekends unless express Next Day Air Saturday mail. Additionally they cannot deliver to APO/FPO/ and PO Box addresses. If the order is past due, there is no scheduled delivery date, or the tracking information lists an exception or note that the package has stopped moving on to its destination, please contact customer support and we will file a claim.

UPS GROUND: 4-10 business days
UPS 2 DAY SAVER: 2 business days as long as the order is made before 3pm EST
UPS NEXT DAY AIR: overnight shipping as long as the order is made before 3pm EST ****DUE TO CURRENT EVENTS, THE CARRIER HAS CHANGED THEIR POLICIES. PLEASE LOOK AT THE UPS WEBSITE TO BE UPDATED ON HOW YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED.
Most of our packages are sent by USPS. Even though stated 2/3 Day Priority Shipping, this is not a guarantee as per USPS shipping policies. Packages generally take 2-8 business days to deliver after shipment date, but can take longer (Please note, "business days" means full business days, not counting the time it takes for processing). USPS only offers Delivery Confirmation which is not tracking, but will let you know when the item has been delivered. Customers can file a claim with USPS after 7 business days for priority mail if the package is still not yet delivered. The only guarantee delivery date is by expedited mail.
USPS Priority Mail: 2-10 business days, delivery confirmation unless orders are over $100 and will be sent as signature confirmation packages.
USPS Priority Express Mail: 1-3 business days, depending where you are located. Insured and signature confirmed, unless requested to be waived. ***Due to current events please look at the USPS website for current policies.
International Mail: We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional charges that may be charged by customs for any international deliveries. ***Due to current events, some packages may be delayed or may not be delivering to your country. Check your carriers policies before placing your purchase.
USPS First Class International Mail: 14 business days or more, not insured, and not suggested. NYHairmall.com is not responsible for delayed delivery time after processing and lost packages. Since it is not insured, NYHairmall cannot guarantee a complete investigation of such packages and suggest only using it for items less than $100. It is generally dependable, arriving with a week or two 95% of the time. Packages can "sit in customs" for up to 4-6 weeks.
Lost package claims may be filed between 45-90 days after shipment.

USPS International Priority Mail: 7-10 business days, insured and dependable.
USPS International Priority Express Mail: 3-5 business days, insured and dependable.
Pick Up: Our consumers can also schedule pickup services at our retail location, only located in Brooklyn, NY, 11226. Please call the customer service line for more information.
Once the order has been shipped out of the warehouse, NYHairmall is not responsible for lost or delayed shipment. The responsibility passes onto our carriers USPS or UPS. Please understand we can only start investigations for your packages only after 10 business days have passed since the shipment date unless the package is expedited. The buyer is responsible for entering the correct address and receiving their package at their location. Thank you for understanding.
